One of the challenges of creating many versions of Jonah and the Fish murals is trying to come up with an idea that is fresh and new. At Imagination Atmospheres we don’t copy other artist’s work and we don’t even like copying our own work. It would be easy to print out a giant wallpaper version of a Jonah mural that we’ve hung in several other rooms. But where’s the fun in that? Art should be unique and original and hand-painted, right? Printed wallpaper is for people who don’t mind being the exact same as everyone else!
This mural is like no other mural we’ve done for anyone else and that’s the way we like it! Jonah selling fish at a fish market with his fish bowl, all while sitting in a big fish’s mouth! You can’t get much more fun than that. At least it appears Jonah doesn’t think so.
